Service Basis
ABAB Time is provided by ABAB Labs on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with all faults and without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. ABAB Labs does not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any specific user objective.
No Professional Advice
ABAB Time does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, investment, or other regulated professional advice. Users are solely responsible for verifying outputs and for obtaining independent professional guidance before acting on any information produced or surfaced by the service.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for all account activity and all content, data, and materials submitted through ABAB Time. Users must maintain lawful rights and permissions for submitted data, protect credentials, and comply with applicable law, contractual obligations, and confidentiality duties.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABAB Labs and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost revenue, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm. ABAB Labs' aggregate liability for all claims relating to ABAB Time will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) or the amount paid by the user to ABAB Labs in the previous twelve months, whichever is less.
Termination
ABAB Labs may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to ABAB Time at any time, with or without notice, for security, legal, operational, abuse-prevention, or policy reasons. On termination, user rights to access and use the service end immediately.
Changes to Terms
ABAB Labs may update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Revised terms become effective when posted. Continued use of ABAB Time after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ABAB Labs is headquartered, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Any claim must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction designated by ABAB Labs, and users consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in that forum.
