Terms of Service
The service
ABAB Time is a workspace for people, notes, follow-ups, and your day, provided by ABAB Labs. An account is required. AI features require a paid plan or a redeemed access code. The product, plans, and limits can change as the service develops.
Your content
You keep the notes, people records, plans, and other material you submit. You are responsible for that material, including information about other people, and for having the right to store it. You allow ABAB Labs to host and process that material so we can provide ABAB Time to you, including transcription and AI features.
AI output
Transcripts, memories, and follow-up suggestions are generated from material you saved. They can be incomplete or wrong. ABAB Time does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, investment, or other professional advice. You decide what to do with any output.
Plans and billing
Paid access is billed through Stripe on the plan you choose. The price, billing interval, and AI limits are shown at checkout and on the pricing page. You can manage or cancel a subscription from the billing page. A redeemed access code follows the terms given when the code is issued.
Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account, for keeping your sign-in private, and for using ABAB Time in line with the law and any duty of confidentiality you owe other people.
No warranty
ABAB Time is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ABAB Labs does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, or that records, reminders, or AI output will be accurate or fit a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABAB Labs and its directors, officers, employees, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. ABAB Labs' total liability for all claims relating to ABAB Time will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) or the amount you paid ABAB Labs in the previous twelve months, whichever is less.
Suspension
ABAB Labs may suspend or end access when needed for security, abuse, a legal requirement, or operation of the service. When access ends, your right to use ABAB Time ends.
Changes
ABAB Labs may update these terms by posting a revised version. The revised terms apply from the time they are posted. If you keep using ABAB Time after that, you accept the revised terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where ABAB Labs is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. A claim must be brought in a court ABAB Labs designates, and you consent to that court and venue.
