What ABAB Time stores

ABAB Time is a workspace for people, notes, follow-ups, and your day. We store the account details you use to sign in, including your email address. If you sign in with Google, we also receive the basic profile Google provides for that sign-in.

We store what you put into the product: people and their contact details, notes and interaction history, follow-ups, birthdays, and personal plans. When you record a voice note, the audio is sent for transcription and we store the resulting text in your account.

How we use it

We use this information to run your account, show your records back to you, and carry out the reminders and day view you set up. When you use an AI feature, we use the relevant saved text or audio to produce a transcript, a short memory, a reconnect idea, or a follow-up suggestion.

We also use information to operate and secure the service, handle billing, and answer messages sent to support@abablabs.com. We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand how the product is used.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers that host the product, sign you in, process payments, and run transcription and AI features, and only so they can do that work. Paid plans are processed by Stripe. We receive subscription status and billing records. We do not store your full card number.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or when disclosure is needed to protect users, ABAB Labs, or the public.

Security

We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect the information in ABAB Time. No online service can be guaranteed fully secure.

Your requests

You can ask to access, correct, or delete personal information by emailing support@abablabs.com. We may decline or limit a request where the law allows, including when information must be kept for security, a dispute, or a legal obligation.

Where information is processed

ABAB Time is operated in the United States. Information may be processed and stored in the United States. This policy is governed by applicable United States law.
